01The 7-day window
Seven days, full refund, no friction.
If Cortex isn't the right fit, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full. We don't run you through a questionnaire and we don't try to talk you out of it.
02After 7 days
Cancel anytime — but no refunds past the window.
Once the 7-day period closes, payments become non-refundable. You can still cancel whenever you'd like to stop future charges; you simply keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
03Setup fees
Non-refundable once work begins.
One-time setup fees cover real onboarding work — data import, role configuration, and credentials. Once we've started, these fees can no longer be refunded.
04Storage fees
Non-refundable once allocated.
One-time storage fees are also non-refundable once provisioned, since the storage has already been reserved on the infrastructure side.
05Free plan
Nothing to refund.
The free plan is — well, free. There's nothing to return and nothing to worry about.
06How to request a refund
