Your name, email, phone number, company name, and any employee or operational data you choose to add to Cortex. That's it — nothing extra, nothing tracked behind the scenes.
To run Cortex — and nothing else.
Your data is used solely to provide the service and improve the product experience. We do not use it to advertise to you, profile you, or build datasets for outside parties.
Encrypted, isolated, and infrastructure-backed.
All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and encrypted both at rest and in transit. The platform aligns with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security standards, and every workspace is fully isolated from the next.
Access. Correct. Export. Delete.
You can review, edit, export, or permanently delete your data at any time. Just email us — we'll handle the request directly with no extra steps.

Cortex uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no surveillance.
A week's notice, every time.
If this policy ever changes in a meaningful way, we'll notify you by email at least 7 days before the new version takes effect.
